Rhinitis is a nasal inflammatory disease. It is the inflammation of the nasal mucosa caused by viruses, bacteria, allergens, various physical and chemical factors, and certain systemic diseases. The main pathological changes of rhinitis are nasal mucosal congestion, swelling, exudation, hyperplasia, atrophy or necrosis.

Symptoms of rhinitis:

(1) Nasal congestion is characterized by intermittent. Nasal congestion can be relieved during the day, in hot weather or during exercise, but at night, it can get worse. Here's one of the most obvious symptom: alternation. If lying on the side, sometimes you might feel that one side of the nose is blocked, while the other side of the nose is still well-breathing. You might already get the disease! Due to nasal congestion, there may be symptoms such as loss of sense of smell, headache, dizziness, and speech with occlusive nasal sounds.

(2) Polysaccharides are often mucoid or purulent, and even purulent, more than secondary infection.

(3) The olfactory decline is caused by two reasons. One is swelling of the nasal mucosa, nasal congestion, airflow can not enter the olfactory area; second, the mucosa of the olfactory area is stimulated by chronic inflammation for a long time, and the olfactory function is reduced or disappeared.

(4) Headache, dizziness Chronic sinusitis. Feels like having a heavy head.

(5)Other systemic performances. Most people also have headaches, loss of appetite, fatigue, memory loss and insomnia.

Rhinitis Types: There are many types of rhinitis, and depending on the type of rhinitis, the symptoms of rhinitis are different:

                                          (1) Chronic rhinitis:

                                          (2) acute rhinitis.

                                          (3) drug-induced rhinitis

                                           (4) Atrophic rhinitis

After the weather turns cold, when there's a huge drop of the temperature, some people get a stuffy nose. They mistakenly think that they are catching a cold and eating some cold medicine, which makes the condition worse.

Rhinitis Complications:

1. Acute sinusitis

2. Acute otitis media

3. Acute pharyngitis, laryngitis, bronchitis and bronchitis

4. Nasal vestibulitis

5. Other infections, such as conjunctivitis and dacryocystitis.
