Leg Pain

There are many clinically induced factors of leg pain, such as trauma or excessive exercise strain, or the cause of lumbar disc herniation, so the treatment needs symptomatic treatment.


The self-healing technique for leg pain is divided into the following five steps:

1) pinch Achilles tendon:

Achilles tendon is commonly known as lazy tendon, located in the back of the heel. In the bed, use the thumb of both hands and the middle section of the index finger to squeeze the two sides of the Achilles tendon slightly, so as to be able to withstand the degree, pinch 20 to 30 times.

2) push the calf:

If it is numb pain behind the calf, push the calf; if it is numbness outside the calf, push the side of the calf with the small toe. The method is to sit on a stool and use the palm rot to push down from the top to the bottom. You can apply some “massage oil” or push a layer of soft cloth for 20 to 30 times.

3) shake legs:

When standing, use the healthy side legs to hold the weight, the affected side relax, palms press the muscles in the back of the thighs to shake the muscles for 1 to 2 minutes, then sit down, slightly flexed knee joints, palms pressed behind the calves, left and right shaking muscles 1 to 2 minutes. The jitter should be continuous, smooth and free.

4) pulling:

kneeling on the bed, grabbed the bed with both hands, one or two of the family members hold the patient's ankle and neck down, when the patient feels pain relief or disappear, maintain this pulling force until boring So far, continuously pull 5 to 10 times.
